Refund & Delivery Policy

West Sierra Manufacturing ("Company") is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. This Refund & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the delivery of products and services and the processing of refunds.

Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations provided by the Company are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw a quotation at any time prior to the customer's acceptance.
  • Orders must be placed in writing and will be considered accepted only after the Company has issued a written order confirmation.

Design Approval

  • Prior to production, the Company may provide the customer with design drawings or renderings for approval. The customer must review and approve the design in writing before the Company proceeds with production.
  • Once the design is approved, any changes requested by the customer may be subject to additional costs and lead time implications.

Tolerances

  • Unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation, the Company will manufacture products within industry-standard tolerances. Variations within these tolerances will be considered acceptable and in conformance with the agreed-upon specifications.

Delivery

  • The Company will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframes provided in the order confirmation. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to factors beyond the Company's control.
  • The Company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delivery delays.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the products will pass to the customer upon delivery to the agreed-upon location or to a carrier for transportation.

Inspection and Acceptance

  • The customer must inspect the delivered products promptly upon receipt and notify the Company in writing of any defects, damages, or non-conformities within 5 business days of delivery.
  • If the customer fails to provide written notice within the specified timeframe, the products will be deemed accepted and in conformance with the agreed-upon specifications.

Refunds and Returns

  • As the Company's products are custom-made to the customer's specifications, refunds or returns are generally not accepted.
  • If the customer notifies the Company of a defect, damage, or non-conformity within the specified timeframe, the Company will, at its discretion, either (a) repair or replace the defective products or (b) issue a credit or refund for the affected products.
  • Any products returned to the Company must be authorized in advance by the Company and be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for the costs of returning any products to the Company, unless the Company agrees in writing to bear such costs.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes to an order may be requested in writing and are subject to the Company's approval and any additional costs or lead time implications.
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees, depending on the stage of production at the time of cancellation.

Governing Law

This Refund & Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
